SENATE BILL NO. 36 "An Act relating to applications requesting the

Senator Seekins, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                   
adoption of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 267.                                 
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 36(JUD) "An Act                                           
relating to absentee ballots" was adopted.                                                          
                                                                                                    
President Stevens stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 36(JUD) will                                        
be on the February 28 calendar.
